Logic Models

The following logic models are planning documents for each area of Community Link. Goals, how we will obtain them, how to measure success and how to sustain them will be documented and tracked there.  Logic models are tied to the individual responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing each one.  Each one is a work in progress and will be use to develop each area and maintained in Google Sheets.

Each one will be maintained in the policies@clabq.org email account and shared with the responsible individual who will be given edit permission.  They may be shared with other people but only with view or comment permissions.
